Role Overview:
As our Production Manager you will be the Plant Managers right hand in operational matters. You will lead and develop the production team coordinate across shifts and ensure smooth efficient and highquality output every single day.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow up on production plans and KPIs
- Lead and motivate a team of 1030 production staff and shift supervisors
- Ensure all quality parameters (weight bulk density sieve curves cleanliness) are met
- Collaborate with Maintenance and QHSE to secure smooth operations
- Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or similar
- Proven experience in production management (preferably in a similar industry)
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- Fluent in English multilingual is a plus
- A problem-solver with excellent communication skills
