As the Quality Analyst you will be an independent contributor on a team. You will be contributing positive financial and client impact based on extensive knowledge ability to ensure quality and connect various groups to successfully perform title and licensing activities according to regulatory and client specification.

A Day in the Life

  • Design and deploy a quality framework that enables the measurement monitoring and feedback mechanisms to business owners to anticipate adjust correct or inspect their business processes
  • Conduct regular audits for service transactions to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
  • Identify defects deviations and areas for improvement in service delivery through collection and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance metrics
  • Collaborate with operational teams Client Advocacy FPS and Customer Care to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Recommend process changes and enhancements to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Partner with Client Advocacy to track the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Operational Leaders and/or Trainer on development of materials and conduct workshops to educate employees on quality assurance processes
  • Support team members in understanding quality expectations and achieving performance goals
  • Partner with Client Advocacy and Client Experience to ensure audits are correlated with client experience and operational data to identify issues and areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations company policies and quality standards
  • Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Required High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 4 years of related professional experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal skills demonstrated through a writing sample
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization able to shift to different priorities

The hiring base salary range for this position is $60400 to $83100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
