Job Description
Host(PT)- Trilogy at Monarch Dunes (Nipomo CA)
- Food Handlers/ServSafe Certification
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
- Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- Greet and seat customers.
- Take restaurant reservations maintain the reservation book.
- Be aware of events and weddings that require closure.
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Removes dishes silverware glassware and all other items when guests are finished.
- Clears all table items after guest is finished and has left table.
- Performs all closing duties/side work before the end of shift.
- Supports other Front-of-House positions as needed providing a seamless guest experience to all.
- Other duties as assigned.
