Within the Research & Development team you will participate in the design and implementation of new instrumentation for accelerated testing of electric motors (DC/AC) intended for advanced industrial applications.
What you will concretely do:
Study the main construction and functional parameters of electric motors identifying the critical variables for our applications and for accelerated validation.
Contribute to the multidisciplinary modeling of the test bench (using tools such as Amesim) developing simulations of test cycles based on customer requirements and performance/durability targets.
Collaborate in defining the layout of the actual test bench selecting and sizing components such as sensors actuators dynamic loads cooling systems and data acquisition devices.
Support the creation of a first single-station prototype with the goal of later extending it to a multi-station layout.
Why this is a unique opportunity:
You will work in a highly technical and multidisciplinary environment gaining visibility on the product the test bench and simulation activities.
You will have the opportunity to put into practice skills in mechatronics electrical engineering control and thermodynamics working alongside industry professionals.
You will see the direct impact of your work contributing to the quality and reliability of our products in real-world applications.
Qualifications :
Ideal profile:
Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related fields (e.g. Mechanical Electrical or Automation Engineering).
Basic knowledge of simulation software such as Amesim Ansys or equivalent tools.
Interest in industrial and mobile applications with curiosity about the real operation of systems and tested components.
Hands-on approach actively contributing to the construction and installation of test equipment and systems in an R&D context.
