Are you an enthusiastic team player seeking a career in healthcare
Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is looking to employ a Cook to join our friendly and supportive team. 15 - 25 hours per week - either casual or permanent part time. You will take pride in your work have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
As a Cook your responsibilities will include:
- Food preparation
- Cooking meals
- Catering for patient dietary requirements
- Keeping work area and equipment clean
- Basic stock control
- Delivering excellent customer service to staff clients and patients

Selection Criteria:
- Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery required
- Broad knowledge of special diets an advantage
- Previous healthcare or aged care experience an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well independently and within a team
- Availability over weekdays and weekends
