ServiceNow Administrator
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 6 years Relevant ServiceNow Experience. Total IT experience minimum 7 Years.
Experience in supporting the implementation administration configuration and/or basic development of the ServiceNow tool
Have hands-on experience in working on modules like ITSM ITOM Discovery Configurations CMDB/ AMDB etc.
ServiceNow Experience should include basic scripting knowledge in ServiceNow tool configuration design work technical configuration and deployment
Supported system integrations using web services and other web-based technologies
Experience with working in programming languages
Ready for rotational shifts including night shift
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL
Experience with ServiceNow application configurations like Virtual Agent Mobile App ATF Agent Workspace Predictive Intelligence Service Portal
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups modification of CMS workflows business rules UI actions UI policies ACLs dictionary catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
Mandatory - ServiceNow CSA certified
ITIL certification / CIS/ CAD ServiceNow certification is an advantage

Compensation and Benefits
A candidates pay within the range will depend on their skills experience education and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical dental vision pharmacy life accidental death & dismemberment and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
