Job Description
Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in our Denver office to join the global Franchise and Distribution Practice. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have3-5 years of experiencewithmergers and acquisitions general corporate and/or licensingmatters. Franchise experience is preferred but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials detail oriented and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for admission to the Colorado Bar.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$215000 -$245000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
