Job Description
Student Housing Full-Time 1 Year Experience Preferred
- Hourly Pay:$19$23 based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus Potential

- Complete maintenance service requests and apartment turnovers
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical and appliances
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the community
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Assist with after-hours emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule
- Help ensure resident satisfaction through timely and high-quality service
- At least1 year of apartment or student housing maintenance experience
- Student housing experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- A positive resident-first attitude
