Concrete Form Carpenter / Laborer
Schedule/Shift:
Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Compensation:
Laborer: $20$23/hour
Carpenter: $23$26/hour
Rate is based on experience
Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Concrete Form Carpenters/Laborers to join our team for ongoing construction projects. Were looking for dependable professionals with a strong background in formwork and job site safety.
Position Overview:
As a Concrete Form Carpenter/Laborer you will be responsible for building and dismantling various types of concrete forms including custom wood forms Johns Forms and Symons Forms. This role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field and a strong working knowledge of layout measuring cutting and securing formwork. You will work as part of a crew to help pour and finish concrete foundations stairs and structural elements.
Responsibilities:
Build install and dismantle formwork systems
Read and follow construction blueprints and diagrams
Measure and cut materials accurately
Set forms to the correct depth and pitch
Ensure proper alignment and bracing of forms
Assist with concrete pours and finishing as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow OSHA safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in concrete formwork
Proficiency with Symons Johns and custom wood forms
OSHA 10 certification required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic teamwork and communication skills
