ChristianaCare a nationally recognized leader in healthcare is actively recruiting a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing practice in Smyrna Delaware.
Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply!
Position Highlights:
- Team Composition: 3 physicians 3 NPs
- Patient Demographics: Internal Medicine for patients over 18 years old Family Medicine for all ages
- Patient Panel: Opportunity to build own panel. Practice providers see 12-18 patients on avg.
- Virtual Flexibility: 36 patient facing hours 4 hours optional telehealth included with 4 hours admin time. Opportunity for one virtual day per week via combing admin and tele time.
- Call Schedule: Shared call schedule of 1:9 with another local practice averaging 3-10 calls per week.
- Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.
- Onsite Service Support: GYN Ophthalmology Cardio Endo labs & imaging and case management for chronic office pharmacy assistance. Inboxologist to keep patient inbox clear. Implementation of AI DAX Copilot scribe service in the fall. Note taking simplified so you can focus more on the patient rather than your laptop!
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with onsite specialists
- Participate in clinical collaboration and onsite group consultations.
