What youll be doing
As a member of the Day-to-Day Banking team youll work in a fast-paced environment where youll make a meaningful impact to our bank. As a Senior Manager Strategy and Business Effectiveness you will lead and support several activities that are critical to ensuring that the Day-to-Day Banking Business is progressing smoothly. This includes strategy and roadmap planning financial and business reviews driving employee engagement industry benchmarking and competitive scanning and developing executive insights.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
How youll succeed

Collaboration Partner and build strong relationships within Day-to-Day Banking and organization stakeholder to collaborate and deliver work packages of varying nature.
Drive business effectiveness Assist in identifying and recommending changes to existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
