You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere searching for a Data Operations Engineer someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position youll lead integrated complex projects and manage the on-going build and maintenance of data marts and reporting visualizations. This role will investigate processes to understand data workflow and communication to meet end user needs within our clinical departments by working closely with the Quality Outcomes and Analytics (QOA) data and reporting team. Additionally this role will provide systems support communicate system updates and provide other system support as needed to its assigned department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Create and refine data visualization tools to empower operational users to more effectively utilize data in their daily practice management
Coordinate new development and make sure its consistent and well-integrated with existing information data structure
Lead and engage in business analysis information acquisition analysis and design data access analysis and design archive and recovery strategy security and change management
Work with department to identify operational and business needs relating to department-specific reporting needs
Act as liaison between department(s) and our Quality Outcomes and Analytics (QOA) data and analytics team to troubleshoot and provide immediate support to end users
Work with the QOA data and analytics team to research document and help resolve any system issues and maintain documentation of resolution
Communicate and follow up with customer within department to ensure concerns are resolved
Analyze clinical & business use of existing systems to identify problem to be resolved and define system applications or process improvements
Work with the appropriate department(s) to review functionality in test environment before migration of updates/upgrades and modifications to production environment in partnership with the QOA data and analytics team
Collaborate with end users other departments and the QOA data and reporting team as needed to help and/or lead development of any new processes that demonstrate success
Identify end users that will utilize data and visualizations
Provide functional support in optimizing solutions for department that are in alignment with regulatory agencies and the companys strategic plan
Represent operational department as a participating member of designated committee
Skills & Requirements
Bachelors degree in clinical healthcare (e.g. nursing) computer science business administration healthcare administration business or technology field required
Required 5 years experience in information systems management physician practice management and/or other related operational or clinical field.
Masters degree in computer science business administration healthcare administration or other business or technology field may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.
