Job Description
Were seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success! As a key member of our leadership team youll oversee daily restaurant operations drive sales growth and ensure exceptional food quality service and cleanliness. If youre a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the restaurant industry we want to hear from you!

- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional food quality service and cleanliness
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities
- Manage restaurant budget and expenses ensuring financial sustainability
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (highly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in restaurant financial management
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Competitive salary: $55000 base plus bonus structure
