Job Description

Tasks:
- Provides support to end users for either Personal Computer (PC) server or mainframe applications and hardware.
- May interact with network services software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems. Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in the field of expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience

US Citizenship: US citizenship required
Clearance: Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
