We are searching for a talented Radiation Therapist
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm; On call rotation between therapists
Location: Cancer Center - Fairhaven MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- An Associates Degree in an accredited Radiation Therapy program is required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Good customer service skills are required as evidenced through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in an EMR environment with MOSAIQ exposure is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Chief Radiation Therapist and serve as a role model at all times is required.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended.
- One (1) year of related work experience in radiation oncology is required.
- New graduates with the completion of one (1) year clinical internship in a major cancer center with experience working with current linear accelerators simulation and verification/record systems will be considered.
- Certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with current licensure in the state of Massachusetts required.
- New graduates must be registry eligible and licensed in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification is required
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
