We are looking to expand our team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Developing and planning the AI Factorys (AIF) portfolio of training offers within a friendly and open work environment in a highly motivated international team
- Leading the design and organisation of training events and series collaborating with and coordinating other trainers
- Ability and willingness to contribute with your knowledge to training (and consultancy) offers for the targeted user groups
- Analysing the requirements and needs of targeted user groups with respect to training (and consulting)
- Coordinating and organizing the corresponding work package of the AIF
- Fostering contact with collaboration partners as well as stakeholders from the European AI ecosystem relying on your friendly personality and communication skills
- SupportingAI talent development in Europe and Germany by means of training and consulting within the AIFs ecosystem
- Opportunities to work with national and European partners on novel AI projects from private and academic sectors
- Maintaining relationships with technology providers and system developers (hardware/software)
Basic Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- PhD or Masters degree in computer or data science or other areas of scientific computing with at least 3 years of applied data analytics and machine learning/AI experience as senior engineer/data analyst in research or enterprise environments
Other Requirements
- Proficiency working in Linux environments
- Extensive knowledge about and practical skills applying Machine Learning/AI applications frameworks methods and models (e.g. Python PyTorch JAX etc.)
- Willingness to keep up with current developments and to learn new technologies
- Knowledge and experience designing and organising training events and series as well as conducting your own training events
- Excellent English and preferably German presentation and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems like GitLab or GitHub
- Customer relationship management know-how
- Experience working at or with start-ups/small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
