What will your job involve as a Warehouse worker
Loading and unloading trucks and trailers on site and ensuring all transports are prepared in a timely manner for our next load.
Preparing and packing of customer orders for transport.
Working in a fast-paced team environment
Manual handling and labor related activities
Adhering to safety codes and conduct
What will your job involve as a relief Driver
Competently performs pre-trip and post-trips inspections with the intent of identifying and communicating minor and major defects to the Transportation Supervisor and also completes daily driver log book using HOS application on mobile device.
Loads and unloads truck by placing and securing items in such a manner that prevents damage to the products and truck regular lifting will be required
Ensuring all materials are properly packaged and orders are fully complete and in accordance with the packing slip prior to trip departure.
Deliver and collect products/waste containers in accordance with scheduled route and serves customers by understanding resolving and/or forwarding customer questions.
Diligently completes Daniels commercial vehicle cleaning and disinfecting protocol on a daily basis.
Accurately records information on packing slip and manifest ensuring compliance with TDG Regulations.
Complies with all environmental & health and safety policies and procedures.

Someone with a can-do attitude who is committed to efficient timely scheduling that has previous experience in a labor-intensive job. A person with proven longevity with their employers that we can rely on.
Previous experience billing orders and IT expertise is an asset .

We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals medical centers surgical centers nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste on site at our treatment facilities across the U.S.
$20 - $24 an hour
Requirements
Class 5 license with air brakes
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
Occasionally lifting pushing pulling weights of sixty pounds or more.
Minimum of 12 months verifiable related behind the wheel driving experience (within last 36 months).
Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract (dated within last 30 days).
Ability and knowledge to safely load and properly block brace and secure materials.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Ability to drive the vehicle safely in accordance with all traffic regulations.
