Oversee the daily operations of the service drive to ensure efficient high-quality customer interactions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression
Serve as the primary point of contact for all owner inquiries in person or over the phone
Maximize technician productivity by efficiently distributing work
Ensure the consistent sale of technician time to meet service goals
Communicate clearly and proactively with both customers and team members
Friendly organized and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and time management skills
Demonstrated leadership ability or prior experience managing others
Professional well-groomed appearance
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
