Position Summary
Located in sunny Miami Florida St. Thomas University is a private non-profit university that offers 39 undergraduate graduate and postgraduate degrees.
The Mathematics Department invites applications from individuals with a commitment to excellence in teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
We are currently seeking Adjunct Instructors to teach a variety of undergraduate courses for the Fall 2025 semester including Intermediate Algebra College Algebra Pre-Calculus & Trigonometry Calculus and Statistics. Teaching assignments are for daytime and evening classes in person at the Miami Gardens campus.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Preparing course plans and materials
- Delivering courses
- Monitoring progress/attendance
- Advising students
- Recording grades and submitting reports
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree or higher in Mathematics Statistics or closely related field.
