Infrastructure

The role
We are currently seeking a Civil Designer with 12D experience to contribute to the development and production of major road/highway design projects. This opportunity will be based out of our Townsville office and work on major transport projects in the Queensland area.
You will be offered the opportunity to continue your career off the back of our successful track record winning major transport infrastructure projects and gain highly valued multifaceted professional civil drafting experience. As a minimum you will have experience of projects which include roads highways and associated infrastructure and possess:
- 3 to 8 years experience working on major transport (ideally road) projects in a similar role.
- Diploma Advanced Diploma or equivalent professional tertiary Civil Design Drafting qualification
- 12D (preferred) and AutoCAD software skills as a minimum
- the ability to work well within a team and a positive attitude to your work
- strive to deliver CAD for projects on time and to budget
- communicate effectively with Project Managers and engineers
- drive and influence CAD drawing best practice
Experience in the production of CAD documentation to Transport Authority Standards (e.g. TMR design standards and Austroads guidelines) from concept stage to construction and as-built drawings will also be beneficial.
