JOB DESCRIPTION: Clinical Psychologist
Title: Clinical Psychologist (Psychological Evaluations)
FLSA: Part Time
Reports To: SVP TLC Wellness
Organization Summary: TLC Wellness an outpatient therapy practice established under The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth proudly serves individuals across all backgrounds and clinical needs. As we expand to offer comprehensive psychological evaluations we aim to provide actionable insights into the mental health and development of children adolescents and young adults. Our collaborative inclusive environment ensures both clients and therapists receive the support they need to succeed.
Position Summary: As a Clinical Psychologist at TLC Wellness you will conduct high-quality psychological evaluations for children adolescents and young adults including assessments for ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorders IQ testing neurodevelopmental disorders and learning disabilities. You will play a key role in shaping therapeutic plans by providing accurate comprehensive reports to guide interventions and support development. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for clients including assessments of ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorders IQ learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Utilize standardized testing tools (e.g. WISC-V WIAT-4 BASC-3 Conners ADOS-2) to assess cognitive emotional and behavioral functioning.
Perform clinical interviews with clients and caregivers and review relevant records such as IEPs 504 Plans and school reports.
Provide written reports with diagnostic impressions strengths and challenges and actionable recommendations for home school and therapeutic settings.
Offer consultation and feedback to families and school teams.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research and best practices in psychological evaluation and intervention.
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation

Skills and Knowledge:
Clinical Skills: Experience with a variety of psychological evaluations (e.g. ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorders IQ testing).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex information in a user-friendly format.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and synthesize clinical data to create personalized reports and recommendations.
Empathy and Sensitivity: Strong capacity to engage clients and families with compassion respect and understanding.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing clinical documentation schedules and time-sensitive tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LP) in Pennsylvania or working toward licensure.
Experience in conducting psychological evaluations with a focus on ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorders IQ testing learning disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders.
Proficiency in using standardized psychological assessments (e.g. WISC-V WIAT-4 BASC-3 ADOS-2).
Candidates with additional certifications (e.g. EMDR DBT CBT) are encouraged to apply.
