Hotel Ambassador
Job Purpose:
The HotelAmbassador assists guests with overall guest experience. All team members at LaColombe dOr will anticipate guests needs and assist throughout their stay asneeded to ensure they enjoy a memorable stay.
JobResponsibilities:
Responsible for thewelcome of all guests that enter La Colombe dOr escorting them to theappropriate area.
Be present on thelobby floor and warmly interact with all guests using guest names including inpublic areas and while completing guest requests and tasks.
Speak to guests withclear professional and respectful language at all times.
Efficiently check-inand check-out guests handling payments applying credits and accurately usingthe Property Management System.
Handle guestinquiries requests and special arrangements with keen attention to detailaccurately with care and in a timely manner.
Take in-room diningcalls and orders demonstrating in dept knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Handles all guestinteractions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalismaccommodating special requests whenever possible.
Resolves customercomplaints.
Assists customers inall inquiries in connection with hotel services hours of operations key hotelpersonnel in-house events directions etc.
Answer phone calls ina timely manner to place reservations promote upsell hotel servicesamenities and packages.
Maintain the front ofthe house clean and organization to reflect our luxury standards.
Uphold security andprivacy standards to ensure guest safety and confidentiality.
Foster a friendlyprofessional and luxury-oriented atmosphere for guests.
Has a fullunderstanding of emergencies procedure safety and critical thinking.
Promoting safety bybeing alerted to observe correct and report any hazards immediatelyandin a timely manner.
Assist guests withRestaurant reservations and seating arrangements
Re-stock minibar forguest rooms
