Job Description

Team Carney is seeking an experienced Program Manager with robust experience in supporting government contracts focusing on emergency services and professional education.

This position is contingent on contract award.
This position is Hybrid with some travel required within CONUS.
This position requires a current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team.

  • Effectively applies appropriate methodology and enforces project standards.

  • Prepares reviews and applies quality assurance procedures.

  • Minimizes exposure and risk on project.

  • Ensures project documents are complete current and submitted in a timely manner and tracks team hours and expenses. .
  • Manages project budget.
  • Determines appropriate revenue recognition ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors deliverables for project.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
