PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The LEAP program is designed to build a solid foundation of a culture of continuous development through high-impact learning experiences. LEAP offers candidates an opportunity to join Fidelity full-time in one of four different areas of technology:
-Software Engineer: Design and develop premium digital applications in an Agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms. We look for knowledge with front-end (HTML CSS JavaScript) middle-tier (Java NodeJS) and back-end (SQL) languages and frameworks. Experience with Spring Angular or similar technologies is a plus.
-Data Engineer: Design data-centered software solutions to organize Fidelitys information assets and conduct analysis to obtain and share insights. We require knowledge SQL and Python. Experience in data visualization data integration and an understanding of database modelling is preferred.
