Job Summary
The nature of lead responsibilities may vary slightly depending on the core job but generally involves exercising limited supervision over a group of employees that are typically classified in the same core job family. An incumbent performs much the same work as others in the job family participating in the day-to-day operations of the work unit with lead work comprising a relatively minor portion of the overall job. The work requires knowledge of the policies procedures and equipment applicable to the work unit at appointment.
Lead Essential Functions
Education/Work Experience
Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Completion of internship traineeship or coordinated undergraduate
program with consequential qualification for dietetic registration that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job
knowledge skills/abilities required.
Requires three (3) years experience as a Dietitian in an acute care setting. Experience in overseeing and training dietary personnel is preferred.
