Content Moderator - German Language
Location: Porto Portugal
Contract Duration: 14 months
Start Date: July 31 2025
Work Model: On-Site
Position Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. This role involves reviewing and moderating digital content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Schedule & Working Hours
- Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 22:00
- Shift Options:
- Morning Shift: 07:00 - 16:00
- Day Shift: 09:00 - 18:00
- Evening Shift: 13:00 - 22:00
- Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 1100 per month (14-month contract)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
- Transport Allowance: Not provided
Relocation Support
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
- Shared apartment accommodation for up to 12 months
- Monthly rent: 280 (all utilities included)
- Rent automatically deducted from payslip
- Airfare reimbursement up to 400 (Economy class) after completing 6 months
For candidates relocating within Portugal:
- Accommodation provided only if currently residing in competitor-provided housing
Requirements
- Native or fluent German language skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
