About the Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping customers Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens! This role offers the flexibility to work on-site or remotely anywhere within Greece.

Location: Athens Greece (On-site or Remote within Greece)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week (8 hours per day 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
Maintain policy compliance and ensure excellent customer service.
Adapt communication styles based on customer needs.
Document and escalate complex cases as needed.

Who Were Looking For

Native/Fluent German speaker
