Why this role

As a Sales Development Representative at Snyk youll be on the front lines of driving pipeline and revenue growth across a diverse range of markets in EMEA. Youll play a critical role in connecting forward-thinking organisations with Snyks developer-first security platform especially as AI transforms how software is built and secured.
This is a hybrid role with three days a week in our London office offering the best of both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
Youll be joining a collaborative high-performing team that values growth creativity and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to global sales strategy work with cutting-edge technology and be supported by experienced mentors as you build the foundations for a successful career in tech sales.

What Youll Do:

  • Own outbound prospecting into accounts across the DACH Benelux and Nordic regions.
  • Craft tailored outreach that speaks to each markets unique needs using tools like Cognism Storylane SalesLoft Zoom Salesforce Gemini and LinkedIn Navigator to maximise personalisation and efficiency.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges align Snyks value and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives Marketing and local field teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools intent data and a basic understanding of the security landscape to prioritise outreach and increase pipeline performance.
  • Support local sales events webinars and meetups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records qualification notes and engagement tracking.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales role ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills you build rapport easily and enjoy solving problems for others.
  • A passion for technology and security with a strong desire to grow in tech sales.
  • Grit organisation and a positive proactive attitude in everything you do.
  • Confidence on the phone you see calling as a powerful way to connect with prospects and drive conversations.
  • Social acumen and enthusiasm for meeting people whether face-to-face at events or building relationships virtually.

Id Be Awesome If You Also

  • Have experience working across EMEA especially in DACH Benelux or the Nordics and speak German Dutch or a Nordic language.
  • Are familiar with outbound prospecting frameworks like MEDDPIC.
  • Have worked with modern prospecting or AI tools for research and outreach.
  • Can craft cold emails that get replies and run intro calls that leave people wanting more.
  • Bring a mix of grit humour and team spirit - because sales is better when we win and have fun together.
