Program Description:
Auberles Behavioral Health umbrella encompasses a range of services designed to support individuals across the lifespan in achieving mental health recovery and independent living. Our programs emphasize trauma-informed client-centered care that promotes resilience stability and meaningful community integration.
Programs Include:
Mobile Intervention for Young Adults (MIYA): Provides mobile personalized support to youth ages 18 to 25 transitioning out of social service systems including those leaving residential treatment or juvenile justice. MIYA focuses on developing critical independent living skills while engaging families and natural supports in recovery planning.
Auberle Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH): Offers trauma-informed evidence-based mental health and substance use services for individuals and families. The program includes therapy psychiatric medication management and case coordination to foster holistic care and build client resilience.
Position Title and Overview:
Clinical Supervisor Behavioral Health
Supervise and support clinical staff delivering mobile and outpatient behavioral health services to diverse populations.
Ensure implementation of evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collaborate with clients families and community partners to promote recovery resilience and long-term stability.
Oversee clinical documentation treatment planning productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate as the on-call clinical supervisor providing guidance and support to staff during emergencies and crisis situations.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in McKeesport. All positions are also expected to come to training meetings and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport as scheduled.
The travel required for this position is minimal.
Position Requirements:
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
Masters degree in social work Counseling Psychology or a related behavioral health field is required. Possession of a current valid clinical license (e.g. LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program planning direct clinical service and staff supervision.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle drivers license and proof of insurance
Must participate in a 24/7 on-call supervision rotation.
