The Recovery Aide is responsible for assisting the treatment team with the implementation of individual service plans providing outreach and individual/group services to individuals and families in hospital institution or community with the monitoring of client compliance with recommended treatment and collaborate with the recovery coach and/or attending provider to monitor medication compliance. Provide safe timely transportation of clients to and from the facility as assigned.

Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer submission of 36 month (three year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
