As the Alumni Outreach Specialist you will represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the alumni community. Initiate and maintain ongoing support and communication with Alumni.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Greets Family Week attendees and organizes registration including preparing tote bags with handout / workbook and name tags. Maintains lists of inventories and notifies Purchasing department when additional books are needed.
  • Prepares commencement invitations gift bags and cards for all inpatient graduates and hosts weekly commencement.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with patients after discharge including monthly alumni emails Alumni Association welcome cards and communication to Alumni Liaisons.
  • Performance daily weekly and monthly record keeping in relation to engagement updated profile data awareness calls.
  • Nurture new and old relationships with Alumni
  • Schedule regular outreach calls to raise awareness of Alumni Association presence update data engage alumni to rapport and support.
  • Prepare accurate reports.
  • Assist in the organization of special events including appreciation events community events and commencement.
  • Represent the company and work with the management to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the Alumni community.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in outreach activities preferred.
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
