Summary/objective:
Do you want to play an integral role in a dynamic organization We are looking to add a The Building Services Attendant to help support our team. The right candidate will enjoy learning new tasks and taking on a variety of responsibilities while working in an up-beat nonprofit environment.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager The Building Services Attendant keeps assigned areas such as office classrooms hallways and common areas of our campus in clean and orderly condition. They will work successfully with fellow employees and others to help supporting the broad array of services provided to students parents instructional and support employees.

Work environment:
This position is located in the central office of our campus. You will be in the midst of activity and energy. This position is:
A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs 20 feet
Must be able to stand unassisted for at least one hour
Frequent walking standing climbing and health lifting and carrying
Work outside and inside on slippery or uneven walking surfaces and ladders
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

The Building Services Attendant must be able to prioritize organize and communicate with all levels of the organization. They should be able to maintain confidentiality be a critical thinker as well as be concise and detail oriented. You must have a positive demeanor great customer service skills.
