About the role
We have designed a market leading 8-week Transition to Acute Care Nursing Program with the successful participants to join our team (minimum 0.8 full-time equivalent).
- 13thOctober 2025 start date with permanent employment from day one
- Partner with highly experienced Clinical Facilitators dedicated to supporting your development
- Experience a blended learning program with on-the-job training supported by comprehensive Training Materials and Coaching

About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Permanent work rights within Australia with no restrictions(unfortunately temporary visas and sponsorship cannot be considered for this program)
- A Working with Children Check National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- At least two years of EN experience post registration in aged care community nursing rehabilitation cosmetic nursing or a GP practice
- Enrolled nurse qualifications with current APHRA registration
- A genuine passion to transition into the acute hospital environment and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing clinical landscape
- The ability to commit to a rotating roster including AM PM/nights weekends and public holidays with shifts ranging from 8 10 hours
