Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including routine spays/neuters soft tissue surgeries and emergency procedures
Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care
Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about surgical procedures recovery and ongoing care
Stay current with surgical advancements and best practices
Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Strong surgical skills and a genuine passion for animal care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Prior surgical experience in a clinical setting is preferred
A collaborative team player who values continuous improvement
