Artisanal Manufacturing - Craftsman position in our steel cookware department
Experience Level: Entry-Level
Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours per week Overtime potential)
Pay Range: $18 per hour

Work style and Benefits:
- Market competitive wage rate with performance based bonus
- Single shift (7:00 am to 6:00 pm) Monday through Thursday (four 10-hour days) with overtime potential.
- 3-day weekend most weeks (production dependent)
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times a Craftsmans base wage rate

Qualifications
What will make you thrive at RTID:
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated dependable and goal driven will do attitude/can do attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicateeffectively within the team
- Work safely by following all safety policies and standards
- Mechanically inclined and capable of following detailed work instructions and processes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
- Dexterity to manipulate steel components through varying mechanical processes
