Saint Lukes in Kansas City is seeking a Data Analytic Analyst t to join our team. This role will give you the opportunity to serve as a liaison to staff provide training and maintain recalls.
Shift: Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
Monitors OneRecall (3rd Party tool) for recalls and uses internal tools to determine impact.
Serves as the liaison to staff providing training and security. Ensures that guidelines of the recall policy and procedure are being met and ensures we receive no citations from FDA for non-compliance.
Provides regular updates to VPs Director and Risk Management to ensure that the Health System is responsive based on the Alert level identified.
Ensures all records are kept up-to-date for FDA visits.
Keeps staff trained on software changes with the goal for staff to effectively manage recalls that affect patients visitors and staff.
Understands processes of MMIS software tools to effectively and efficiently review PO history for affected products that may impact the System.
Provides triage support and follow up for all levels of recalls and support for facility-based owners. This does not include Pharmaceuticals.
