Sales Development Representative- Hellenic Systems UK

We are seeking an ambitious energetic and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales and marketing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch or grow a career in b2b sales especially in the food manufacturing technology space.

The SDR will be instrumental in driving our new business and upsell strategy engaging with prospective and existing customers to create meaningful relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Processing day to day customer orders through quote to close

-Generate and qualify new business meetings through outbound prospecting

-Engage with leads that match our ideal client profile (ICO)

-Support customer engagement to help close new and upsell opportunities

-Build relationships with key contacts across prospect and customer accounts

-Identify and nurture new opportunities within our target market

-Execute on agreed new business and upsell strategies in collaboration with sales leadership

-Work closely with marketing to drive outreach campaigns and event engagement

-Actively build your industry network within the food manufacturing and related sectors

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Zoho) including active pipeline management

Job qualifications

Essential:

-Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. Sales support manufacturing retail)

-A degree or other qualifications

-Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems preferably Zoho

-Proven ability to work towards individual or team targets

-Interest in technology digital tools and how they can solve business problems

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

-Knowledge of or experience in the food manufacturing industry

-An eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment

-A mindset geared toward learning and continuous team and personal growth
