What we do:
The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families. As a Mental Health Therapist you will be required to have a Masters degree; have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs risks and strengths while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults couples and families by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.

Start Date: Estimated January 2026
Pay Rate: $56000 annually.
This position is also eligible for monthly quarterly and annual productivity bonuses in addition to base salary above.
