As a Principal Crypto Engineer at Fidelity Labs you will lead the development of innovative customer-facing crypto products for a greenfield project. You will architect and build secure scalable and user-centric digital asset solutions from the ground up driving the crypto vision for Fidelity Labs crypto initiatives. Collaborating with product managers designers and cross-functional teams you will design and implement cutting-edge blockchain-based systems focused on FinTech use cases ensuring robust security performance and seamless user experiences. Additionally you will mentor engineers contribute to open-source communities and represent Fidelity Labs crypto startup as a thought leader in the crypto space.

The base salary range for this position is $85000-$179000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
