Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Roofing sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
