We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Senior Frontend Engineer React / Tailwind (Full-Stack Awareness).
Compensation:
USD 3K - 3.3K/month.
Location:
Hybrid (Chihuahua Ju rez Chih. M xico).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are expert in Tailwind CSS JavaScript and Front-end development.
- You are proficient in REST API UX/UI Deployment and CI/CD.
- Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
What you ll do:
- Build deploy and maintain production-grade web applications using React Tailwind and modern frontend technologies.
- Own features end-to-end from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across both frontend and backend components.
- Work closely with backend engineers designers and product stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Understand how data flows integrates and interacts across services APIs and databases.
- Clearly communicate progress blockers and technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Keep up with modern frontend and full-stack best practices and tools.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in frontend development with deep knowledge of and JavaScript.
- Expertise in HTML CSS Tailwind CSS and modern UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with backend components such as REST APIs data services and cloud-based tools.
- Familiarity with deployment processes and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong conceptual grasp of how frontend apps interact with data and services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS or Kubernetes.
