Job Description

Specialty: 2.3 FTE Otolaryngologists (ENT Physicians)

Job Type: Locum Tenens

Facility Location: Oklahoma City OK

Service Setting: Inpatient

Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract

Coverage Type: Clinical

Sub-specialties and Shift Schedule:

1.0 FTE General Otolaryngologist specialized in Sleep Medicine Rhinology/Sinus/Anterior Skull Base surgeries

and 1.0 FTE: General Otolaryngologist specialized in Head and Neck Oncology surgeries

Clinical Schedule:Tuesday and Friday Every other Wednesday 8am-4:30pm

OR Schedule: Monday and Thursday Every other Wednesday 7am-3:30pm

0.3 FTE: General Otolaryngologist specialized in Otology (Ears)

Clinical Schedule:Every other Tuesday and Thursday 8am-4:30pm

OR Schedule: Every other Wednesday 7am-3:30pm

Call Schedule: TBC (No mention of call in solicitation)

Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S. territory

Please note: Physicians who have ever had a license restricted suspended revoked voluntarily revoked voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
