Job Description
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of hands-on experience in IT project management with complete ownership of project delivery
- Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies with a solid grasp of Agile frameworks metrics and best practices
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and leading technology-driven business transformation initiatives
- Strong background in project planning consulting and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
- PMP CSM or other relevant certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all critical facets of project delivery including scope schedule budget quality resources risk and communication
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and tracking mechanisms
- Monitor project health using Agile metrics; identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage interdependencies across teams ensuring alignment and maintaining the critical path for successful delivery
Act as the key liaison between clients internal teams and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
