Hitachi Energy Transformers- Business Solutions IT Organization is seeking a North America HUB IT Service Delivery Manager. The role will be based in our North America HQ in Raleigh NC. The role is responsible for multiple factories and offices in USA Canada and Mexico for end-to-end IT service delivery.
This role is accountable for overall North America IT contribution and value-add to the business translating business goals into IT landscape and ensuring effective implementation in partnership with Functional/North America organization. You support development and ensure communication and compliance of IT strategies/activities to maximize efficiency for North America/Factory IT and Business processes for technology tools.
Job Role Overview:
As Director - IT Service Delivery North America you are responsible for developing implementing and executing the IT delivery capability within hub area of responsibility to either plan build run or support IT solutions for a region with multiple function site offices and/or factories.
Youare providing the interface to the business consulting with the North America Business Unit leads IT stakeholders and application owners within the business on IT-related topics. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires management of expectations within thebusiness.
Youleada multi-national team of managers and/or IT Specialists providing appropriate and efficient ITSolutions/ITServices to a defined geographic area/Region possibly manage hosted IT resources and support global IT projects in respect of regionalimplementation. Act as an ITBusiness Partner for the related geographical management or for the appropriateregional management.
Your Responsibilities
Leada multi-national team of managers providing appropriate and efficient ITSolutions/ITServices to a defined geographic area/Region and support global IT projects in respect of North America
Implementthe global standard IT operating model overseeService and Project Delivery and ensure thatthe business voice is an integral part of the PGIT operating model
Accountable for development and managementof an organizational entity for delivering ITservices solutions and activitiesin North America
Accountable for end-to-end IT service delivery including onsite services IT/OT Cybersecurity business applications infrastructure service delivery day to day operational management at the sites and overall digital transformation of factories.
Aggregate demands for new and improved ITInfrastructure services required by the businessand ensure overall business satisfaction withexisting Infrastructure services
Collaborates with the Business Unit ITManagementIT stakeholder and 3rd Party IS Suppliers and across Hubs
Is accountable for theassigned Country scope towardsHitachi Energy Business andfunctions that delivery of business processes/projectssupporting IS systems/projects is aligned toBusiness andfunctions needs resulting in improved efficiencyeffectiveness quality and/or operational functionality.
Your Experience:
Bachelors Degree(preferablyEngineeringorComputerScience) or 10 Years senior manager experience in IT delivery management role across regional geographies. Role requires employee to be USA Citizen or USA Permanent Resident.
5years experiencein IT delivery management role across regional geographies
5years experience in manufacturing operations methods process and change management.
5years experience in project management of complex global projects including IT system integration
