EMERGYCY ROOM NURSE MANAGER-BSN 2YRS ER EXP REQ
LOCATION: NashvilleTN
FACILITY: 220 bed acute care facility
SALARY: $79K - $110K-SIGN-ON RELO(Case-by-Case)
DESCRIPTION:
The Emergency Room Nurse Manager ensures high quality patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

- Full-Time Evenings No Weekends
- Shift: 2:00 -10:00 PM or 3:00 PM -11 PM Rotating On-Call -w- Other Leaders
- ER Managers will have 45 Direct Reports
- The ER has a total of 73 FTEs (a lot of staff is PRN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing required Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- 1-3 years of related clinical leadership experience REQUIRED
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience
