Were looking for a detail-driven Senior Portfolio Accountant to join our team! In this role youll oversee accounting and reporting for a dynamic portfolio of real estate properties. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners youll ensure financial data integrity across property and consolidated reports. This is a hybrid role and our Downtown Seattle office offers easy access to public transportation.

Starting at $86000 - $93000 annually for candidates in Washington state.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Senior Portfolio Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely accounting and reporting for a complex portfolio of assigned real estate properties. The senior portfolio accountant works closely with property accounting team members support staff (including outsourced accounting partners) and multiple internal departments (property management asset management corporate and fund accounting) to provide quality customer service and ensure transactions are accurately reflected in property and consolidated financial statements and reporting packages.

This position is in a standard office environment with desktop business equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate. Frequent interruptions are common while under deadlines and time constraints.
