Description of the Role:
As a Night Cook at Sheraton Augusta Hotel you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during the evening and late-night shifts. You will work to meet the high standards of a luxury hotel ensuring that guests are satisfied with the culinary experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and special requests
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cook in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
