Minimum Requirements:
Degree as a Physician Assistant.
License:
Must hold and maintain:
(1) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License
(2) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant
(3) Valid DEA registration
(4) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and
(5) American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider. AHA
