Job Description
Machine Operation: Independently operate Brevetti visual inspection machines for sterile ampoules/vials.
Inspection Monitoring: Monitor product quality for particulate matter breakages cosmetic defects improper sealing and other abnormalities.
Setup & Changeover: Perform machine setup calibration and changeover as per batch requirements and SOPs.
In-Process Checks: Conduct and document routine checks challenge vials testing and inspection effectiveness verification.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure machine cleaning area cleanliness and adherence to sterile zone protocols.
Documentation: Maintain BMRs logbooks machine usage logs and deviation records in line with GDP and GMP.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to GMP gowning procedures and cleanroom behavior standards.
Coordination: Liaise with QA engineering and production teams to resolve equipment or process issues efficiently.
