Job Description
San Marcos Academy a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cross Country Coach for our high school and middle school program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who desires to coach in a Christ-centered environment that fosters both professional and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentorship discipline and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Details:
- Part-Time / Stipend Position
- Coaching responsibilities include:
- Lead all aspects of the cross country program including planning practices team development and CC Meet coaching
- Must be willing and able to drive (transport team) to away meets
Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship
- A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men and women through athletics
- Experience in track or cross country preferred
- A positive role model who values teamwork leadership and personal growth
- Able to communicate effectively with athletes families and school staff
